Our story

A local team, built on care

Micro Moves has been moving Perth homes and businesses for years. In October 2021, long-term team member Austin Gaskin took over the business — and kept doing things the way that built its reputation in the first place: turn up on time, treat people's belongings with care, and be straightforward to deal with.

Since acquiring our Isuzu truck in late 2024, we've been able to handle full home moves in a single trip, on top of our fleet of Volkswagen Crafter vans for smaller jobs. Whichever vehicle your move needs, it turns up equipped with blankets, straps and trolleys, and a crew who knows how to use them properly.

Our fleet

Equipped for the job

Our distinctive red and white Volkswagen Crafter vans are long-wheelbase, high-roof, with a 15m³ cargo area — big enough for king-size mattresses, upright fridges and multiple three-seater couches.

For larger moves, our 20m³ Isuzu truck comes fitted with ratchet straps, stair-climbing trolleys, shrink wrap and thick removal blankets, ready for larger loads. We’ll discuss the size of your move when preparing your quote.
