Working together

A practical role.
A personal touch.

Moving is about looking after people as well as their belongings. Tell us about your experience with:

  • Carefully packing, protecting and handling furniture and household items.
  • Working safely with a team and following job instructions.
  • Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Driving vans or trucks, if that’s the work you’re interested in.

The work involves early starts, regular lifting and carrying, stairs, loading and unloading, and careful work in customers’ homes. Safe handling, teamwork and friendly customer service are essential. Tell us how you would carry out these duties safely, including any workplace adjustments you would like to discuss.

We’re a small team focused on long-term working relationships. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to develop your packing, driving and team leadership skills.

Relevant experience is useful to include, but you’re welcome to tell us about transferable skills too. There’s no need to send identity documents or licence numbers at this stage.
