Micro Moves is a Perth removalist business. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number and email address, your move date and preferred time, pickup and drop-off addresses, access and parking details, your list of items, any additional services you choose and any photos or files you upload.

Employment enquiries. If you register your interest in working with us, we collect your name, contact details, suburb, the work you’re interested in, your availability, what you tell us about yourself, your answer to the police clearance question and, if you choose to provide one, your CV.

Phone and email. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can respond.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, arrange and carry out your move, contact you about your booking, and consider employment enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How we store it

Quote requests and employment enquiries are sent by email to the Micro Moves team and stored in our website’s administration area, which only our team can access. Our website host and email provider may store this information on servers located outside Australia.

Photos uploaded with a quote request are kept at an unlisted web address that we share only within our team, and are deleted automatically after 7 days. CVs are stored privately and are not published on the website.

We keep other information only for as long as we need it for quoting, bookings, recruitment and our business records.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you follow a link to our Google reviews, Google’s own privacy policy applies on its site.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing austin@micromoves.com.au or calling 0411 485 532.
