What happens if my moving date changes?
Let us know as early as possible. Under our terms, cancelling or postponing after a booking is confirmed may incur a charge — full details are in our Terms & Conditions. Get in touch as soon as your plans change and we'll do our best to work with you.
What areas do you service?
We cover Perth CBD and most surrounding metro suburbs — including Fremantle, Joondalup, Rockingham, Mandurah, Ellenbrook and everywhere in between. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask when you request a quote.
Do I need to pack beforehand?
You don't have to — we offer an optional pre-pack service if you'd rather we handle it. If you're packing yourself, please have flat-pack or dismantled furniture ready to go, unless you've arranged with us in advance for our team to do this.
